From 1500 UTC February 28th, 2016 to 00:59 UTC February 29th, 2016

There was NO EMCOMM Challenge this year.

High Power (full legal limit) was permitted in some categories.

Bonus Stations include the Battleship North Carolina in Wilmington Harbor.
